Tremove™ – a new care option for essential tremor

In October 2026, Tremove™ officially launches in Germany, the European Union and other European countries. After several years of development, people with essential tremor now have a new, non-invasive care option that supports them with the challenges of everyday life.

At a glance

What Tremove™ means for your patients

Tremove™ is a Class I medical device in accordance with MDR (EU) 2017/745 and is worn on the wrist – no power supply, no adjustment, ready to use immediately.

1

How it works

A passive vibration damping system made of a high-density metal core and a non-Newtonian fluid reduces the amplitude of involuntary tremor movements at the wrist – across a broad frequency range, with no power, no battery and no charging.

2

Clinical evidence

In a peer-reviewed clinical study published in the journal of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, tremor intensity fell significantly.

For doctors and centres

With the market launch, we are building collaborations with general practitioners, neurologists, neurology centres and specialist movement disorder clinics. We would be happy to tell you in person about how it works, its use and the clinical evidence, and to provide information material for your patients. Feedback from our first users has been very positive, and demand is growing steadily.

4

For support groups

Support groups and patient organisations do invaluable work for people with tremor and their families. We would be happy to present Tremove™ at your group meetings – in person or online – answer your members' questions and provide information material.

Building evidence together

Observational studies and clinical research

Together with interested doctors, we want to further expand the evidence on Tremove™ – through observational studies and post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) in accordance with the MDR, starting in Germany and then in other European countries. Please contact us if you are interested in taking part.

Tremove-Check and Tremove-Cloud

Making tremor progress visible – for patients and doctors

With the Tremove-Check app, users can see their personal progress with Tremove™. At the same time, the treating doctor gets a clear overview in the Tremove-Cloud portal – even between two appointments. Developed in collaboration with neurologists; the beta version is currently being tested in a study with more than 100 participants, the results of which will be published internationally.
